The Bureau has published on its website annotated versions of the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure that provide citations to the disclosure provisions in Chapter 2 of TILA referenced in the Integrated Mortgage Disclosure final rule.

Two new resources on the CFPB regulatory implementation page – a factsheet for small creditors operating in rural or underserved areas and a chart illustrating when a creditor is eligible to make different types of qualified mortgages.
